We are Thomas and Celina Linderholm. Through You, Me &, we hope to offer a warm, non-judgmental space for people who want to understand themselves and their relationships a little more deeply.
That may include closeness, connection, intimacy, sexuality, recurring relationship patterns, desire, jealousy or uncertainty. Sometimes you are looking for clarity. Sometimes you simply want a space where you can speak honestly.

About us
We are Thomas and Celina. We have been on this journey together for more than 15 years, including 8 years of marriage. With two young children, our relationship has continued to grow while the balance between family life, work and our life as a couple keeps changing.
Thomas is an engineer, and Celina is a lawyer and certified family-law mediator. We do not see ourselves as people with all the answers, but as two people who have learned a great deal along the way and are happy to share our experiences.
For our first ten years together, we were monogamous. Over the past five years, we have periodically explored ethical non-monogamy. Our path into alternative relationship structures began with Tantra in 2017.
We have come to see that it is possible to explore freedom without losing a sense of security. For us, that has meant prioritising each other and our relationship, and giving it the time, energy and commitment it deserves.
